Humanitarian Work

Overview

As a member of the Board of Advisors of several august international organizations, I have traveled to programs in Africa, South America, Central and East Asia as well as within the USA and Europe. As a Board member, I contributed to the health content of the programs and their evaluations as well as acting as an advocate for these stellar programs through presentations, writings, interviews, and various media outlets.

I have worked with many organizations to improve their abilities and better address global issues.

Adolescent HIV/AIDS

The Adolescent HIV/AIDS Program at Montefiore Medical Center: The first comprehensive program for research, care, policy, and advocacy in the country (in the world).

Afghan Refugee Resettlement in Vermont
